Javi and I are brothers (you may have guessed from our last name), and although we've always been close, our personalities are quite different: he's quieter and more serious, while I'm louder and more expressive. We assume that's why we chose rather different paths—he studied systems in engineering school and started his own company, while I studied physics and went on to work at the university. But, interestingly enough, we ended up converging on the same thing: programming, or rather, tackling challenging logical problems.
Javi became a specialist in web programming, mastering both backend and frontend, in every language imaginable. By far, he's the best programmer I know, working with a legendary speed and quality. On the other hand, I focus on artificial intelligence and data science, tackling the more creative side of problem-solving (and I'm the second-fastest programmer I know).
Our different ways of thinking are complementary: one brings order and structure, while the other brings creativity and innovation. Without Javi, my ideas would never come down to earth; and without me, I think he'd be pretty bored.
Every time we've worked together, we've achieved amazing things: we've won digital storytelling contests, large-scale programming competitions, and even, during one frenzied week, managed to make incredible earnings with trading bots that then never worked again. But those stories stray a bit from this presentation (we'd be happy to share them if you're interested).
By choosing us, you're not just selecting two people who work quickly and diligently; you're choosing a team that's spent a lifetime working together—creating, inventing, discovering, and reasoning. You won't find that everywhere, and you'll notice it in the quality of what we do.
